Strict and restrictive diets DO NOT WORK. In fact, there are studies that show how people who have been on a diet at some point in their lives have regained the lost weight over time.
That’s why I DON’T DO DIETS. In my sessions we will understand do food and personalized education. You will learn to:
- Plan your meals like a pro.
- To eat healthy and tasty. Forget about boiled broccoli.
- To understand labeling.
- To listen and reconnect with your hunger and satiety signals.
- To wake up consciousness about food and emotional eating.
- But above all to improve your relationship with food and stop feeling like it’s out of control.

Nutritional Coaching
How is a consultation with me?
- After making an appointment via WhatsApp or email you will receive a short questionnaire to better understand your case and your circumstances.
- In our first session (face-to-face or online), which will last 1 hour, we will have a very long and pleasant talk to know your eating habits, medical history and lifestyle.
- We will establish the steps to follow on our journey together; in order to improve eating habits, digestive problems, allergies and intolerances, or in the treatment of eating disorders.
- In our first consultation we will establish together the first steps and strategies to get you started to work. In the following days you might receive a nutritional plan if applies on your case, because it takes a few days to develop personalized nutritional guidelines adapted to each one.
- The follow-up sessions will be every 20 days ideally. where the evolution of the established strategies will be assessed, we will make the necessary changes to continue advancing and improving, resolve doubts and we will have explanatory sessions on topics of interest.
This is NOT for you if:
- You’re just looking for a strict and restrictive diet
- You do not want to change your eating habits or be more active
- You just want to lose weight and not interested in optimise your health and coinciousness about emotional eating.
- You don’t need to improve your relationship with food.
- You don’t want to learn how to eat healthy or push yourself.
